Mr Longstaff operated on my knee and prior to the surgery explained exactly what the issue was and what he would do to fix it. I felt able to ask any questions and that the procedure was fully explained. The follow up appointment was again an opportunity for me to ask questions after Mr Longstaff examined me and I was able to ask his advice. I would highly recommend Mr Longstaff.
Mr Longstaff operated on me for a hip replacement, which has been a great success.
He was clear on all information needed, and gave confidence, so I would recommend
Him to anyone needing surgery.
Mr Longstaff is very knowledgeable in his field of expertise. I have undertaken two wholly successful hip replacements, the most recent in May 2019 under his care. I am very grateful for his professional approach and concern for his patients. I would strongly recommend him to anyone undertaking a similar surgery.
It is wonderful to be pain free and able to walk again, take part in every day life after being confined to my home for a long period of time and regain my independence.
Mr Longstaff was very attentive, listening to the problems I had with my back and hip ordering more tests and injection into my hip to prove that I would benefit from a hip replacement.
I had total confidence in him and his advice and went ahead and had a total hip replacement 6 weeks ago. Mr Longstaff explained everything to me and I had total faith in him, everything went well and I can honestly say that I can recommend him to anyone who needs good advice and an excellent surgeon.
I was seen by Mr Longstaff for a hip replacement who advised myself on all aspects of my care and surgery, he is great consultant and I would recommend him without haste. Thank you,
Special thanks to all the staff at Spire Hospital for the care they gave me.
